It is my mission to bring wholesome, nutritious and delicious breads, utilizing as many local ingredients as I can, to my community.

I believe that to truly find what we've lost, we must look to the past.

 
 

There are much easier, more reliable, ways of making and baking bread, but time and love cannot be sped.
